As a key player in our Heart Failure division, you'll spearhead the adoption of innovative sales processes, ensuring our strategies are executed flawlessly. You'll be the bridge between sales and marketing, coaching our sales team to new heights and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to achieve our commercial goals in both the EMEA and APAC regions.

You'll focus on commercial execution, business and market analysis, monitoring and measurement, developing sales tools, and enhancing sales performance through training and field coaching.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ **Sales Process Implementation & Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement cutting-edge sales management processes and tools tailored to our franchise, and shape the future of our Commercial Excellence organization.
+ **Sales Effectiveness & Performance Analysis:** Design impactful learning programs to boost sales effectiveness, conduct business and market analysis to make data-driven decisions, and provide hands-on field coaching.
+ **Account Management & Customer Relationship:** Optimize resources and ROI through strategic call planning and territory alignment, and develop programs to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
+ **Leadership & Talent Development:** Inspire and guide sales leaders to enhance organizational efficiency, recruit and nurture top talent, and create programs that prepare sales reps and clinical specialists for leadership roles.
+ **Sales Force Execution & CRM Application Launch:** Drive excellence standards, share best practices, and lead the development and launch of CRM applications across EMEA & APAC with metrics and dashboards.
+ **Incentive Compensation & Recognition:** Ensure effective incentive compensation plans and governance across EMEA & APAC, and implement Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and Presidents Club (P-club) to recognize and motivate the team.
+ **Monitoring & Measurement:** Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
**Travel:** Approximately 60%
**Who are you?**
+ Candidates should possess an advanced degree in business, management, or science, with post-graduate training in management or leadership and finance and quantitative skills preferred.
+ The role requires 6-8 years of experience in commercial functions, ideally in healthcare/medical devices, and 3-5 years of people management experience.
+ Proven ability to develop and coach employees, manage across functions, geographies, and cultures, and fluency in English.
+ Familiarity with CRM software and experience in driving change and building sustainable capabilities are also required.
+ Strong influencing, communication, project management, and analytical skills are necessary, along with the ability to deliver results under challenging timelines.
+ International exposure through education and work within an international corporation is preferred.
+ Leadership skills should include expertise in talent management, long-term human capital planning, leading by influence, effective communication within the organization, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
