This position is responsible for unlocking the full potential of the French market. You will begin by commercially opening the market, and based on your personal initial success, you will take on the responsibility of building and leading a high-performing sales team.
The successful candidate is expected to have in-depth expertise in the French lighting market, supported by solid commercial experience.
Main achievements/Missions/Objectives:
Strategy Development: Create and execute a tailored commercial strategy for the French market.
Customer Engagement: Spend three days weekly on customer-facing activities to build strong relationships.
Team Leadership: Recruit and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business goals.
Partnership Management: Foster relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing to deliver campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
Market Analysis: Identify growth opportunities through sales data and market trends.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with product, supply chain, and finance teams to align initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance to the executive team.
Qualification requirements:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience: 7+ years in sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing a sales team and collaborating effectively with other departments
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills
Languages: Fluency in both French and English
Market Knowledge: In-depth expertise in the French lighting market
