Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential. Previous experience in collections, credit analysis, or a similar role is highly preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills for effectively engaging with customers and resolving issues. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the capability to identify trends, assess risks, and implement strategic solutions. Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
