Collections Analyst

Job Title

Collections Analyst

Main Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and provide support related to invoices and payments for an assigned territory.

Respond to customer requests by providing invoice copies, contracts, and other documentation to facilitate timely payments.

Provide requested data to clients and internal departments, such as account summaries and documentation.

Identify and reduce open  credits

Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments, reconcile discrepancies, and request corrective actions to reduce aging and improve cash flow.

Process monthly Dunning letters

Liaise with third-party collection agencies by placing accounts for collection, sharing required documentation, and validating agency invoices for accuracy.

About the Ideal Candidate:

Previous relevant experience in a finance or collections role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experienced in using accounting systems such as SAP (S4HANA) and Salesforce.

Proficient in English, with additional European languages (Italian or German preferred) considered a plus.

Ability to analyze reports and summarize findings.

Well-organized, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

Comfortable working with numerical data.
