We are currently searching for a Domain Sales Support Manager to be part our team and lead our technical design and customer engagements at CxO/Director level supporting the Country Managers and Sales organization with business development and domain specific sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner.
The successful candidate will Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of ACR (Account Responsible) and CSR (Solution Responsible) in Core and Cloud Domain including CS/PS Core Networks, IMS, Cloud Infrastructure and Network Management Engagements
As a Domain Sales Support Manager CNM, you support several accounts and work across multiple customers.
What you will do
• Identify customer business needs through consultative engagements and translate business opportunities into sales, utilizing the Ericsson portfolio and capabilities
• Build and maintain customer relationships on C-level securing strategic collaboration!
• Initiate and drive customer dialogue building on existing business.
• Secure and maintain relationships, with sales partners and third parties to meet customer requirements and Ericsson business performance
• Drive business continuity including innovation, add-on sales, up-sales & software sales business model.
• Ensure price, margin and other terms and conditions in line with company guidelines!
• Conduct annual accounts planning sessions, In depth business focused discussions with customer.
• Analyze customer business environment, requirements, plans and issues
• Lead teams of Solution architects and technical experts in a matrix organization
• Investigate current customer network & determine list of potential activities and solutions
• Secure knowledge sharing, documentation, re-use & business continuity
• Bridge between Account, Domain & BU organizations.
• Perform coaching and mentoring activities to support internal competence build up.
To be successful in the role you must have
• University degree in Business or Engineering, master’s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience from Sales with exposure to CNM domain in Telecom industry.
• You should have 5G core and Cloud Native knowledge and experience
• Sales Degrees and certifications could be advantageous.
• Change Management and Transformation skills
