Job Description
Develop and implement a comprehensive cluster-wide digital and e-commerce strategy, aligned with the brand’s global marketing direction and each hotel’s business objectives.Identify and capitalize on market trends, digital innovations, and emerging platforms to position the brand and its properties as leaders in the digital hospitality space.Oversee the functionality, design, and content of hotel-level websites, brand.com presence, and third-party e-commerce channels, ensuring optimal performance, localization, and SEO best practices.Monitor and optimize booking funnel conversion across platforms, minimizing abandonment and maximizing direct revenue.Ensure up-to-date content, and consistency across OTAs, metasearch, and brand platforms.Drive initiatives to grow direct booking share, including book direct campaigns, best rate guarantees, and loyalty integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field; Master’s preferred.Minimum 4 – 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and e-commerce within hospitality or a consumer-centric industry. A strong cluster or multi-unit background is a plus.Proven success in managing performance marketing campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and direct revenue generation strategies.Strong understanding of hospitality tech stacks, including CMS, CRS, PMS, Meta Search, OTA’s and booking engines.Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads certified preferred), web analytics, email marketing, and social media platforms.Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize performance insights into actionable business decisions.Experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and working in a matrix organization.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for hospitality, innovation, and excellence in digital guest experiences.
