Oracle’s Cloud Engineering LAUNCH Program is focused on building a community of highly motivated technology professionals who are looking to be on the forefront of innovation in modern cloud computing and artificial intelligence to help Oracle customers across all industries in North America. For this, we are seeking people who share that spirit of using technology to innovate and solve big problems. Whether you’re new to the workforce or transitioning from military service, this early-in-career program has been developed to foster customer focused engagements that solve real and complex business problems using Oracle’s cloud-based technologies.  

Through an intensive multi-week onboarding, the CloudLAUNCH program enables and empowers our people to develop skills for success in a client-facing role. Throughout your first year, Oracle will provide significant investment in your professional development via training, mentoring and a social network of resources and thought leaders inside Oracle. It is also expected that you are a self-starter and have a passion for learning new subjects on your own and then help evangelize those learning with your peers and community. Based on your annual performance and personal development, you will be provided many opportunities for career growth via a defined progression plan for all CloudLAUNCH Engineers.
