Establish business objectives, metrics and plans to ensure attainment.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams toward achieving ambitious goals.  A passion for technology, with leadership experience in a sales consulting, technical architecture or technical sales environment­ Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment A strong understanding of the Cloud marketplace and the specifics of selling and driving the adoption of cloud services Industry and Market Knowledge: Broad knowledge of regional/ industry trends, particularly in the Middle East region Ability to bridge between the commercial and technical, articulating the business value and benefits of different technology solutions in terms of TCO & ROI – Credibility at all levels – externally and internally, including lines of business and CXOs Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic planning capabilities with the capacity to develop and execute comprehensive strategies focused on driving market penetration and growth. Fluency in English is a prerequisite; knowledge of Arabic would be a strong advantage.
