Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Cloud ERP Demand Management and Program Specialist to drive pipeline growth and support transformational initiatives across EMEA. This role will focus on building demand generation strategies for Cloud ERP and Business Suite solutions, ensuring pipeline health, and supporting customer transformation journeys with a strong emphasis on innovation, data and AI.

 

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Market Units (MUs), partners, and hyperscalers to execute demand management programs, and drive pipeline acceleration, while ensuring alignment with regional and global initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Demand Management

Build and execute strategies to expand the Cloud ERP and Business Suite pipeline across UKI, France, Benelux and Nordics, achieving the 4X KPI and Pipeline Health metrics. Track key opportunities ("Big Bets") in assigned MUs and develop cloud migration strategies. Define initiatives and collaborate with sales teams to grow the Cloud ERP Solution Area pipeline and address any gaps. Activate initiatives aimed at transitioning on-premise maintenance customers to cloud, with emphasis on the End of Maintenance scenarios. Take ownership of demand generation programs – including speaking engagements, customer meetings, and execution within Clusters/MUs – to ensure measurable pipeline impact. Drive pipeline generation and acceleration through sales plays, campaigns, events, and collaboration with System Integrators to augment capabilities. Partner with select hyperscalers and partners to co-develop and execute demand generation activities.

 

2. Strategic Transformation

Provide program support to the EMEA leadership team to progress key initiatives that support the growth and competitive positioning of the Business Suite portfolio, focusing on AI, data and applications, including but not limited to, enablement, content creation and communication. Collaborate with Customer Evolution and Customer Success teams to align and drive joint activities, particularly around the MOVE and CAS initiatives. Support pipeline health management by qualifying and progressing CQ+1 and CQ+2 deals from phases E/F to D/C.

 

Key Qualifications and Skills

 

Experience: 8+ years in Cloud ERP, Enterprise Applications, or related SaaS solution sales, business development, or demand generation roles. Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP's Cloud ERP portfolio, Business Suite, AI, oCFO and BTP. Strategic Planning: Strong ability to create and implement business and demand generation plans aligned to KPIs and regional goals. Execution Excellence: Proven track record of successful campaign management, event execution, and pipeline acceleration. Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales, marketing, partner ecosystem, and global/regional functions. Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners. Customer Focus: Ability to build customer-centric initiatives and engage directly in customer transformation journeys.
