The position
As a Clinical Trial Administrator (CTA), you will play a crucial role in the administration and coordination of clinical trials across a range of therapeutic areas.. This is a maternity cover position with a contract duration of 9 months, ideally starting by 1st August 2025. The preferred location for this role is our Denmark office, placed in Ørestaden, although we are open to hybrid candidates from within the EU.
Your main accountabilities will be:
• Support Trial Managers (TMs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) in administration tasks related to clinical trials.
• Ensure consistent handling of electronic Trial Master Files (eTMF) across affiliated countries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Medical, Regulatory, Finance) to facilitate smooth trial operations.
• Assist in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or Nursing;
• Basic GCP qualification is desirable.
• Experience in the healthcare industry with knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory standards.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A structured, resilient, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to handle administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in English
