The position 
As a Clinical Operations Lead, you take on a specialist role with extensive responsibilities, being accountable for the operational start-up and initiation activities of a clinical trial.  

Your main responsibilities will include: 

Define, set-up and prepare our clinical trials with operational excellence to the benefit of participants and the company.  Be a strong contributor towards translating our strategies and aspirations into operation-al actions and excellence.  Assume accountability for the start-up and initiation of Phase 1 global clinical trials.  Be accountable for trial start-up activities from protocol to successful participant recruit-ment with great exposure to the organization, cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Strate-gic Project Teams, Trial Squads, Medical and Science Teams, Regulatory Affairs etc.) and external scientific environment. 

 
Qualifications 
You will be a great fit with  our team because you have:  

A MSc in Natural Science and five years of relevant experience, or a BSc in Natural Science or equivalent with at least seven years of relevant experience (e.g. Global Trial Manager, Clinical Research Associate, study nurse)  Strong clinical project management experience and the ability to impact the execution and improvement of core clinical processes.  Knowledge and experience in clinical trial methodology and operational aspects of trial in-itiation including solid knowledge and experience in clinical IT systems (e.g. EDC, IWRS/RTSM etc.)  Excellent planning, communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.  Professional proficiency in English. 

 
This role is a permanent position and will give you the chance to become part of CagriSema Clini-cal Operations area driving ambitious drug development programs within established and new therapeutic areas. About the department 
In our  clinical operation area we cover the entire spectrum of clinical development activities with the molecule CagriSema in various indication from early phase 1 trials to larger phase 3a and 3b programs. In our department we focus on clinical planning and execution of Ph1 trials, both early and mode of action trials. . We work as one team helping and sharing knowledge across our trails. In the role you will work with colleagues across our global organization.
