CLIENT AND STAKEHOLDER INTERFACE MANAGER - SAUDI NATIONAL
Reporting to - PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Business Need / Purpose of role:
The Client and Stakeholder Interface Manager holds the responsibility to manage all stakeholders for successfully deliver of the program.
He is the communication link with the Client Project Manager and all other identified stakeholders. As part of the senior management team, the Client and Stakeholder Interface Manager holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Program Director and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to successfully deliver of the program in accordance with the Client expectations.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities:

1. Key interface between the PMO, the Client team and all identified stakeholders.
2. Develop policies and procedures for program stakeholder management: identify stakeholders, plan stakeholder management, manage stakeholder engagement and control stakeholder engagement.
3. Own the stakeholder register.
4. Design, develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective communication with Client and all identified stakeholders.
5. Plan communication management defining proper communication methods.
6. Ensure the proper management and control of all tasks and activities to deliver outcomes to meet contractual requirements within the required timeframe, budget and quality.
7. Attend relevant monthly and ad-hoc program management team meetings.
8. Identify interactions and management changes necessary to ensure future success of program.
9. Identify priorities and tasks and develop the necessary measures to assure execution of tasks, by providing clear direction on methods, time frame and schedule to achieve the stated goals.
10. Attend meetings with stakeholders.
11. Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by AMCs (Art Management Consultants) and GCs (General Contractors) with the PMO team, and present to the Program Director comments of noncompliance, and / or area of concern and corrective actions.
12. Build relationships with AMCs and GCs.
13. Resolve or escalate issues and initiates corrective and mitigating actions.
14. Overall responsibility for the different actions related to Client and stakeholder management.
Person Specification
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications / Personal Attributes:
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architectural or engineering field from an internationally recognized university and over 18 years’ experience leading a position of manager on large scale projects. Extensive progressive work experience, including supervision, preferably on large-scale art works projects and design & construction management. Proficient knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, contracts and quality assurance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Record of engagement with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience of working internationally.
