Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa’s network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients.
VCA Managed Services (VMS) is an augmentation of Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution and implementation of recommendations to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.
The Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) Consultant, will serve as an additional primary point of contact for a key client and issuer, addressing emerging/ongoing critical payment matters, Visa project/product related inquiries, and any issues that arise. The VCA Consultant, will engage with various internal teams within Visa, including Marketing, Client Services, Customer Support, Product, Account Executives (AEs), and Country Manager, to discuss the clients' requirements and issues, taking necessary actions to resolve them. The role will ensure strategic alignment between Visa and our client, promote products and services to improve client performance, and solve any salient client issues related to Visa.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding emerging/ongoing critical payment matters, projects, products, or issue resolution.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
Internal Collaboration:
Collaborate with various Visa teams (VCA, Marketing, Client Services, Customer Support, Product, AE's, country managers) to address client requirements and issues.
Align with local teams to ensure strategic coherence with the client regarding product promotion and performance improvement.
Product Strategy and Enhancements:
Identify and recommend opportunities for product innovation and improvement, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
Support product enhancements, including market positioning, go-to-market, strategies and lifecycle management.
Support bank with building and reviewing business requirements related to Visa.
Provide strategic insights to clients to optimise Visa products and services for maximum impact.
Work closely with the assigned client AE to keep them updated on the latest discussions and developments.
Reporting and Analysis:
Build and deliver reports to help clients identify problems and monitor performance.
Leverage data-driven insights to support client decision-making and strategic planning
Project Management and Implementation:
Assist and guide the bank in implementing new Visa projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements definition to quality assurance, as agreed from time to time.
Ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsWhat we want from you:
Preferred experience in issuer and/or consulting sales experience focused on Data and Analytics strategy and/or implementation with a top-tier consulting firm
Demonstrated ability to sell solutions.
Demonstrated ability to deliver, implement solutions, execution-oriented.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, can measure client financial impact.
Experience with modern distributed systems data analytics, programming tools.
Understanding of the application of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
Previous experience in developing insights-driven solutions.
