Client Account Support Advisor - Accredo - Hybrid

As a Client Account Support Advisor you will be responsible for ensuring Accredo operational support for account teams and clients. Support would include providing customer service expertise, knowledge of pharmacy process and practices, monitoring of operational metrics, analyzing performance and developing strategies to prevent reoccurrence of service concerns.

What you’ll do:

Effectively build cross-functional partnershipsFocus on complex analysis and operational process improvements     Share ideas, solutions and recommendations for enhancements to the organization  Proactively identify opportunities, initiate discussions and instigate next steps   Analyze data and perform root cause analysis based on reporting and communication with internal and external partnersAchieve service deliverables to ensure account team and client satisfactionIndependently determine best course of action for immediate resolution of any service issues, process gaps or escalationsPresent recommendations to all levels of the organization and/or external partners in a concise and articulate mannerOperationally support account teams by providing consultative guidance, conducting analysis, identifying trends and escalations, and managing projectsMust be able to present and or support teams/partners/clients on-site, as needed as well as work regularly on location/onsite (based on team/company policy and within the require distance from a company location)

What you’ll need:

High School Diploma or GED required, advanced degree helpful3+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, Pharmacy, or PBM required5+ years’ experience managing relationships in an operations focused environment requiredKnowledge of Accredo operations and systems requiredStrong relationship building and client facing experienceExperience engaging various partners to improve operational effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfactionDemonstrated skill in influencing others and relating to individuals at all levels of the organizationAbility to self-direct by taking calculated risksApply critical thinking, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skillsResourcefulness and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong detail orientation and organization skillsProficiency in Microsoft office, including a deep working knowledge of Excel reporting functionalityProfessional verbal, written communication and presentation skills


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 80,900 - 134,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
