2. Formulated service specifications and working rules of Chinese restaurant and banquet department and ensured their implementation
3. Assist the Director of Food and Beverage Department in formulating various food and beverage marketing plans and strategies
4. Supervise the staff to provide customer service according to the standard and conduct performance evaluation of the staff
5. Handle guest complaints, continuously improve service quality, and enhance guest satisfaction
6. Work with the kitchen to make restaurant promotion plans according to seasonality and customer availability

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise1. Proficient in Chinese restaurant business knowledge, proficient in Chinese food skills, have a certain understanding of wine dishes and cooking methods.
2. Have the ability to independently customize menus and cost accounting for customers
3. Strong ability to withstand pressure
4. Have the ability to actively develop market and customer maintenance
5. Good communication skills
