Answer questions on menu selections, and communicate relevant informations to the kitchen staff. Place and log call back for room service order. Notify guests and management of delays in service delivery. Record transaction in MICROS system at time of order. Complete all closing reports, including MICROS reports. Process all payment methods. Deliver welcome amenities, serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests as per company standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Complete closing duties, including restocking items, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and accurate check to guest and process payment. **Qualifications** Previous experience as demi-chef or chef de rang; Good communication and interpersonal abilities; Good proficiency in English and Italian.
