Responsibilities:- Participation in the development of new dishes in Restaurant- Ensuring everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, managing your own position and being willing
to go the extra mile- Supporting good and collegial cooperation in your own department as well as with other
departments in the hotel- Instructions for commis, clerks, trainees, checking of the respective work- Enthusiastic handling of fresh food and its processing- Craftsmanship & creativity- Service & team orientation- Awareness of quality and responsibility- Strong relationship to cleanliness and order
Competencies:- Completed culinary training and or education - Passion for cooking- At least 1 years of professional experience in a restaurant kitchen- Team-oriented working style- Outstanding commitment to hygiene and HACCP- Professional experience in a similar position in the upscale restaurant or hotel industry- An independent, responsible and committed way of working- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, Latvian and Russian of benefit- EU work eligible (passport) \n
