Hyatt Regency Dallas is located downtown next to the iconic Reunion Tower. The ideal **Chef de Cuisine** has to lead and manage a culinary team in collaboration with the Executive Chef and/or Executive Sous Chef to create, implement and maintain a quality, consistent guest experience. This individual will bring inspiration, culinary expertise, and desire to develop our culinary talent. Knowledge of industry trends and menu design are an integral part of this role.
