In this role, you will form part of the Human Capital Team of Old Mutual Wealth. You will have an exciting opportunity to utilise your experience and skill in partnering the business and HC Business Partners to facilitate people change initiatives.This role is responsible for focusing on the people aspects of change and leading strategic projects. The role develops an integrated change plan and is individually accountable for the execution of the plan. The role is based in Pinelands, Cape Town
Key Responsibilities include:
Change and Culture lead in relations to HC practices; Culture, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.Researches and implements best practices for change management on strategic people change projects.Identifies and analyses the change impact.Develops and executes the integrated change strategy and plan.Establish a sponsorship plan and on-board sponsors.Develops the communications plan.Develops the stakeholder engagement plan.Develops a detailed needs assessment in relation to training required.Establishes the appropriate change methodology, practices, and templates.Measures the effectiveness of change interventions on a continuous basis.Ensures that stakeholders execute on their roles in the change plan.Identifies, manages, and mitigates change management risks and issues.Design change capability learning content and upskills Line Leaders and HC community to build their change management knowledge and practical skills.Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Previous experience as a Change Specialist/Lead as well as solid experience in a HC Generalist role.Relevant HR qualification as well as a specific change management qualification.5 - 10 years of experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing business change.Experience in large-scale implementation of transformation in a financial services industry.Skills
