Change Management Lead - Senior ManagerBusiness Process Innovation is a new team and capability positioned at the heart of Amadeus Digital Transformation, aiming to significantly impact the design, deployment, and monitoring of Amadeus core processes.
We are seeking a Change Management Lead to join our brand-new team at Amadeus. The team is composed of change agents, ensuring a high level of expertise and effectiveness in managing change. This leading role will be instrumental in driving change within the organization, focusing on business process improvements, employee experience, and new ways of working.
In this role, you’ll:
Guide and support a team of change agents, providing direction, development opportunities, and fostering effective collaboration.Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing concerns constructively.Advocate for innovative ways of working and promote a balanced approach to automation.Enable the organization to embrace change and adopt new ways of working.Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and develop tailored change management plans.About the ideal candidate:
Experience in change management and business process improvements.Ability to engage frequently with leadership and team members to align change initiatives with strategic goals and secure support.Dedicated customer focus, ensuring that all change initiatives enhance the customer experience and meet customer needs.Focus on improving the employee experience, ensuring that change initiatives are designed to support employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.Develop and implement change management strategies using the ADKAR framework and best practices in knowledge management.What we can offer you:
