Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for cleaning and sterilizing tanks and all cellar equipment and to pump and rack wine.

Key Responsibilities:

          Assisting in all facets operations in the cellar     Blending of product       Offloading and loading of delivery vehicles       Make use of only clean bottles with new sealed capsules.       Addition of chemicals and fining agents to wine or juice          Reponsible for housekeeping in the cellar          To perform at any time any required function.

Education & Experience

 Matric            2-3 years in a cellar environment      Must be able to adapt to the cellar environment
