This role is responsible for defining and driving Category & Portfolio strategic thinking and Perfect Store design and deployment: setting long term category vision and portfolio requirements to win in market as well as driving Category Leadership customer deployment in all markets

What are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field. 5 years+ plus experience in Demand functions, Data Driven Marketing.Category/Customer and/or Marketing/Brand experience with ability to engage, influence and impact stakeholders of all sizes by providing guidance on strategic direction at senior management levels;Technical and functional experience in category Management, Shopper Insights, Customer facing experienceWhat will be your key responsibilities?Leads Category Strategy to ensure category vision drives business planning and decisions, tailoring the category  vision to customers. This will ensure an embedded narrative for growth with customers both internally & externally as the start point for annual planning and range reviews, collaborating with clear joint targets with Sales to ensure the ‘triple win’.Leads Perfect Store and owns Portfolio deployment defining shelf and assortment principles in line with regional strategy acknowledging market nuances. Responsible for communicating Perfect Store priorities with Sales ensuring excellent execution at store level. Managing and measuring PS program including collaboration with Field ForceEmbed our vision with customers by partnering and driving clear customer contact strategy, driving bold steps to accelerate key growth areas and accelerate total category growth against a long term shelf back ‘picture of success’.Ensure excellence in delivery of objective category insights to drive customer growth, driving the range review process
