DHL currently has an opening for aCasual Retail Service Agent. TheAgent will work to provide Retail customer support to ensure efficient and timely creation and handling of customer shipments. The Retail Service Agent will work independently at our new popup facility and will be responsible for opening and closing the location. The Retail Service Agent will ensure compliance with safety, security, regulatory, and company policies.

\n

This is an \"on-call\" position, meaning that there are no set hours per week and working hours will be dependent on business needs.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\nAcknowledge customers and promptly address any inquiries or concerns (as well as via telephone)\nPrepare labels and documentation required for customers who want to send their international or domestic shipments with DHL\nAssist customers who need to drop off or pick up their pre-labeled DHL shipment\nAssists with operational procedures including sorting, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information as required\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Skills & Qualifications:

\n\nMust be comfortable working \"on-call\" Mon-Sat\nHS diploma or GED required\nGenerally 1-3 years of experience in an area of responsibilities\nIntermediate service, production, or support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) of the standard work within the function\nPrevious customer service experience preferred\nStrong computer skills required\nExceptional ability to multi-task required\nAbility to work independently\nBilingual in Spanish is a plus\n\n

Non-Exempt Hourly Pay Rate: $22
