**Description:** The responsibility of the Casino Service Attendant is to maintain a positive environment by supporting colleagues while preparing beverage orders received from Beverage Servers. **General Responsibilities:** • Maintain control at the service bar, maintain waste control, and operate all bar equipments. • Responsible for providing superior service. • Safeguarding company assets and securing the integrity of the bar. • Ensures the faithful compliance of policies, principles and procedures of the Hyatt Regency Casino. **Specific Responsibilities:** • Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, and ensuring that Servers have clean towels, glassware, etc. • Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer. • Checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs, or changing out kegs if needed. • Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles. • Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in the reordering process and ensuring that delivered items are stored properly. • Receive beverage orders from the waiters/ waitress and prepare the drinks with proper portions and ingredients. • Resourceful with all beverages, fruits, and supplies in order to maintain low beverage costs. • Ensuring there is always enough clean glassware. • Running to the storage area to get alcohol if running out. • Prepares mixed drinks in accordance with recipes or dispensing systems. • Maintains inventory of beverages and supplies maintained at the bar. • Informs the manager on duty of all suspicious or unusual activity. • Human relations function: Recognize and act on direct employee needs. _We are committed to Inclusion_ _._ _Being part of Hyatt means always having space to be you._ _We are passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion.
