The main task is proactive management of a demanding customer portfolio to ensure timely payment of all open invoices. A key element in this paid role is interaction and communication with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment, and as such requires advanced communication and language skills.
What you'll do
Support BENELUX (Belgium, Netherlands & Luxemburg) Region. Support our cash collection efforts to increase overall SAP Cash Flow by managing open receivables. Interact daily with customers and SAP internal department such as Commercial teams, Billing department, Sales Community, Controlling and others Investigate billing and contractual discrepancies to ensure timely payments Spot risks and ensure timely escalation to management Meet Cash Collection KPI’s and participate to process implementation and development
What you bring
Fluent English (Dutch, French as advantage) Financial background Professional knowledge of the MS Suite (basic formulas and understanding in Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent communication and relationship building skills Solution oriented and self-driven with an innovative approach to address daily challenges Open for change with an agile mindset and demonstrating resilience Willingness to learn and grow Enjoying teamwork and readiness to learn from others

The Cash Collections Global Volume Customers (GVC) -Europe & Africa Team operates globally to collect our company’s claims. Main objective is to decrease our DSO as positive as possible. The Team is covering the whole European & African countries supporting our volume customers.
