Job Requirements:
\n\nGood communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking callers\nProficiency in other languages/dialects may be required depending on programme requirements\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to handle difficult interactions in a professional manner\n\nJob Qualifications:
\n\nMust possess Higher NITEC/A-Level/Diploma/Degree\nAt least 2 years of relevant working experience in contact centre, customer support and customer service functions\n
