We are now seeking to fill an immediate, full-time, permanent position in Port-Louis, Mauritius.
Your tasks:
Apply knowledge of key DPDHL procurement policies, guidelines, and principles. Support and guide requestors as the first-level support for the procurement e-purchasing tool and coordinate with second-level support when needed. Maintain a solid understanding of the Purchase-to-Pay process and e-purchasing tool functionalities, including connected back-end systems. Conduct user training sessions and create/update related manuals. Participate in purchasing projects and support tool testing. Collaborate closely with e-purchasing tool users, procurement teams, and relevant business units. Ensure timely resolution of procurement tickets within agreed service levels (SLA). Process and maintain relevant master data. Provide reports and insights related to purchasing activities. Support colleagues within Purchasing Centre Ostrava and other procurement teams as needed.Your profile:
0–3 years of experience in customer service, support roles, or IT. Proactive and curious mindset, strong computer literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, fast learner with a flexible approach, team player with strong interpersonal skills. High school diploma or university degree in International Business, Logistics, IT, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or a related field. English (B2 or higher) is a MUST. Additional language skills are a plus.We offer:
