A company that is recognized as one of the best big companies to work for as well as a best place to work for diversity, working mothers, female executives, and scientists. **MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE** **:** + Provides comprehensive administrative and office support to the Vaccine Business Unit (BU) and NPIs department. + Ensures the smooth operation of department activities, including support for sales activities, NPI projects and contributes to the efficient execution of marketing plans and strategies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Be responsible for monitoring BU daily operational activities, consolidating sales and marketing plan, tracking the status and progress of plan execution. + Plan, coordinate, and monitor the schedule of BU activities and projects, including key campaigns within the departments and cross-functional activities. + Organize and arrange logistics for BU meetings; prepare documents and materials required for BU meetings; take, distribute minutes of meetings and perform follow-up actions when required. + Coordinate and support BU department in sales & marketing daily reporting, on-request reports, and data analysis. + Document and file reports, meeting minutes, and materials to comply with SOP and Company policies; assist in preparing for and supporting internal and external audits, ensuring all necessary documentation and records are accurate and compliant with audit standards. + Perform administrative tasks for BU, such as inputting and monitoring sales orders and databases, supporting the contract management with key customers, keeping promotional materials to updated and ready for use, etc. + Assist Brand Managers/Sales Managers in the department with logistics arrangements related to business travel and business meetings. + Ensure department activities comply with the Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within the scope of function responsibility. + Undertake special projects as assigned by the Head of Department. **MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** + At least 2-year working experience in Sales & Marketing/Commercial Support roles for MNCs. + Excellent time management, multitasking, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Focused, determined, agile, able to work independently and in a team. + Proficient in MS Office tools, esp. Excel, Powerpoint and other relevant computer applications. + Proficient in spoken and written English. **MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED** + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
