Business Suite CRC – Strategic Project Lead

Location: SAP Office, North America

 

What You’ll Do

 

As the Strategic Renewal Project Lead/Expert within SAP's Global Business Suite CRC Team, you will spearhead the MCCA transformation projects, and others. You will steer the MCCA rollout and adoption toward outcome improvements in churn mitigation and renewal execution. Acting as the Business PMO, you will drive planning, recruitment, and deployment of personnel and processes, working closely with Field Readiness on enablement and successful change management across regions.

 

 

Your Tasks Will Include

· Project Management: Lead the MCCA rollout including strategic planning, prioritizing tasks, setting deadlines, and allocating resources.

· Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration with senior SAP leaders, customer stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and excellent outcomes.

· Policy Development: Draft and implement new renewal policies for MCCA, improve existing project charters, and streamline execution across regions and for customers.

· Customer Escalation Management: Address customer escalations while ensuring compliance with SAP's strategy and policies.

· Recruitment & Deployment: Spearhead the hiring and deployment of necessary Headcount for this initiative including creating MCCA specific technology change management protocol.

· Business Coordination: Analyze project deadlines, risks, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient task execution by impacted stakeholder groups.

 

 

 

What You Bring

· Proven experience in leading complex, large-scale projects within a corporate environment.

· Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with an ability to manage and navigate senior stakeholder relationships.

· Expertise in Project Management with an emphasis on execution and documentation.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement at all organizational levels.

· Prior experience in leading recruitment and onboarding processes for large teams.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 172,900 - 368700 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
