Business Sales & Delivery Executive - Cybersecurity Services
**Introduction** We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Sales and Delivery Leader to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences for our cybersecurity services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, sales and delivery methodologies, and leadership skills to manage a team of sales and delivery professionals. The Cybersecurity Sales and Delivery Leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering high-quality cybersecurity services to meet client needs. **Your role and responsibilities** * Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for cybersecurity services * Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and deliver tailored solutions * Lead a team of sales and delivery professionals to ensure successful sales and delivery of cybersecurity services * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and delivery teams to drive business growth * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, including threat intelligence, incident response, and security consulting * Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, technologies, and cybersecurity trends to continuously improve sales and delivery strategies * Provide guidance and support to clients on cybersecurity best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements * Develop and manage sales forecasts, sales pipelines, and delivery schedules to ensure successful sales and delivery of cybersecurity services * Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality delivery of cybersecurity services, including security assessments, penetration testing, and incident response **Required technical and professional expertise** * 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, delivery, or a related field * Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, including threat intelligence, incident response, and security consulting * Proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Experience leading sales and delivery teams, including sales strategy development, team management, and performance metrics * Strong business acumen, including financial management, budgeting, and forecasting * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
