Business & Relationship Manager( Mid Corporates)

Business and Relationship Management (BRM) person would be responsible for building fees business for the company. The clientele shall include a cross section of entities ranging from large and mid-size corporates, banks, FIs, NBFCs, Insurance, Municipalities, State Governments, Mutual Funds, and Investment Banks etc. The products to be marketed would include Bank Loan ratings, Issuer Ratings, Structured Finance etc.

Key Objectives

Responsible for developing and executing target driven marketing strategy for the BRM Group for businesses

Raising the profile of the brand through consistent marketing to bankers, investors, sponsors and infrastructure funds.

Management of existing issuer relationships and origination of new issuer/product mandates.

In charge of fee negotiations for both existing and new mandates.

Working closely with the analytical teams.

Understanding of debt capital markets as well as a general understanding of corporate credit analysis.
