Objective Of This Role: (Brief description of the role, why are we hiring, and what will person in this role do)
Background about IT EOC:
G+D’s IT Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) is the global delivery and support operations center for G+D groups’ global locations and subsidiaries. EOC manages the IT Infrastructure (Server /Datacenter, Collaboration and Messaging, Network LAN/ WAN / WiFi and Firewall security) and Enterprise IT Applications (predominantly SAP portfolio) along with Mobile Applications Platforms as well. The center is also accountable for delivering high value and high visibility IT projects & programs across various IT domains.

Support of SAP roll outs, Projects and Global Operation’s, 2nd and 3rd level support for System Integrations. Consulting of Customer/ User in business regarding requirements related to system integrations.
Tasks & Responsibilities: (Major task and role person will have to perform – list all the relevant points)

Your focus area is Order-to-cash and you implement processes end-to-end across systems You play a key role in the design, implementation and test of E2E processes in global projects You bring in many years of experience in business process management from consulting and various industriesYou are responsible for analysing, reviewing and detailing business process requirements (E2E) and you advise our internal customers. You create solution proposals; especially technical specification documents including data concept and align them with our business partners and process experts You are equally capable of handling smaller development Projects (IT Demands) as well as large rollouts and enhancement projects (and sub projects) independently. You have very good project management skills and you have already gained experience in this areaYou work with vendors and third-party providers to identify and evaluate new SAP technologies and solutions. You work closely together with our Business Process Leads, Application Consultants from other streams and our Developers You are willing to travel for overseas assignment You have experience in working in an onshore / offshore model
Education & Trainings: (Basic & Professional)

University degree (preferably Masters) 10+ years of experience as an E2E Process Architect 8+ experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA 5+ experience as Project Manager Minimum 5 full life cycle implementation experience from blueprint to go live across different SAP modules, especially SD, MM, PP SAP certification SD is a must SAP S/4 is welcome

You have an excellent knowledge about E2E processes from starting right from CPQ Quote creation, to order creation through production and logistics to invoicing across systems with your focus area being Order-to-Cash You also possess the ability to interpret business processes and convert them into a process diagrams to portray AS and TO BE scenarios You have very good customizing knowledge in SD with very good understanding of other SAP modules such as MM, PP, etc. Strong understanding and practical knowledge of other ERP modules including Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) and others. Ability to integrate cross functional modules with OTC processes end to end. You are skilled at SAP S/4 features like Fiori and BRF+ You have a very good understanding about the master data in SAP (especially MMR, material configuration, AVC knowledge is added advantage) You have a good knowledge of interfaces( EDI / IDOCS /ALE) You have basic programming and debugging skills (ABAP) and are comfortable with user exits[KR2] You have a good understanding about integrated systems and processes You ideally also have knowledge and experience with agile working methodsWhat we offer
