At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. Job Overview TE Connectivity's Strategic Sourcing Teams design and execute long-term strategies for assigned commodities, suppliers, and systems to meet quality, delivery, price, and service targets. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, product management, and functional owners, to align strategy and execution. The teams manage competitive bidding, negotiation, contracting, and continuous improvement processes for their assigned commodities or services while working across business units and regions to leverage TE's global capabilities. Our teams are highly skilled in procurement, with expertise in business and supply chain management, negotiation, sourcing strategy, global operations, and project/product lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with TE’s policies and procedures. What your background should look like: EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE Any degree with relevant work experience, preferably in supply chain or procurement. COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 5+ years of hands-on experience with various BI, ETL tools, and platforms. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query and macros. Expertise in Power BI, with strong data visualization and manipulation skills using Power Query. Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies. Excellent critical thinking skills. Proven ability to innovate and take initiative.
