About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Specialist with 7–9 years of proven experience in creating professional, high-impact, and visually compelling presentations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and design teams to transform complex ideas into clear, powerful presentations that align with our brand and storytelling goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create visually compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.

Translate complex data and ideas into clear, visually engaging slides, infographics, and storylines.

Work with content owners to structure presentations, maintaining narrative flow, consistency, and visual hierarchy.

Enhance and polish existing presentations, applying best practices in design, layout, typography, and visual communication.

Develop custom templates, icons, and graphic elements to elevate the presentation quality.

Collaborate with marketing, leadership, design, and sales teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines.

Uphold brand guidelines while bringing creative and strategic thinking to presentation design.

Support video and multimedia integration into presentations when required.

 

Qualifications:

7–9 years of hands-on experience creating advanced PowerPoint presentations in a corporate or agency environment.

Strong design sense with a portfolio showcasing storytelling, visual design, and data visualization in PowerPoint.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong time management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines.

Experience in designing presentations for leadership meetings, business pitches, webinars, training decks, and high-profile events.

Knowledge of video, motion graphics, and multimedia presentations is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web-based presentations (optional but a plus).

Experience with other presentation tools like Google Slides, Keynote, or Prezi.

Ability to create interactive or animated presentations.

Familiarity with branding, marketing, and corporate communication standards.
