Job DescriptionProviding excellent administration support via face to face, telephone, and email.Maintaining accurate client records.Offer creation in hand with the project leader.Customer order handling.Close component and delivery tracking.Invoice creation and payment tracking.Controlling and reporting.Proxy for other commercial processes.QualificationsDegree in sales, sales management, sales and marketing, business, and marketing.Impeccable Organisation and prioritisation skills to handle multiple tasks at once.Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.Professional communication, and negotiation skills.Must work independently and thoroughly.Demonstrate high levels of initiative, problem solving and self-motivation.Fluent in written and spoken English, German knowledge optional.MS Office skills.Must be eligible to work in the U.K.Driving licence preferred.Additional InformationThis role will be based in Nuneaton, on a hybrid working pattern of a minimum of two days in the office a week.
