British American TobaccoUK has an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Executive – Fixed-Term 12 Months in London, Chiswick

This role is crucial for supporting cross-category pricing and commercial insights across the area, with responsibilities including performance monitoring, regular retail audit reporting, and creating templates for pricing scenario tools. It also involves assisting with administrative tasks related to research such as retail audits and pricing studies. As part of the Growth Management sub-function, the role focuses on consolidating pricing and commercial performance insights, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, integrating insights into business strategies, improving data utilization, and driving the automation and simplification of reporting and processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Mastery in data extraction and cleaning from various sources – Nielsen Answers, PlusSuite, Power BI, Excel Pivot tables, etc.Maintaining existing and create dashboards to ensure timely and accurate reporting refresh, to present data-driven insights to managementMaintaining the organization of information worksheets and documentsAssisting in the development of data warehouse of information worksheets and documentationsContributing with ad-hoc analysis regarding pricing and retail audit performanceProviding support with administrative tasks related to researches management (Agreements, POs creation, budget control)Updating existing reporting in Power BI, improvement and optimization of reportsProcessing of data aggregation for SOP dashboard in Power BI, D&A catalogue, SOP related KPIs integration into one data lakeData harmonization across markets/KPIs/categories/multiple data sources to ensure the optimal data integrationContribute into competitor reviews and other business updates

What are we looking for?

A Bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldsStrong commercial experience in relevant fieldsData analytics, confident database usage (Nielsen, Power BI)Experience in prioritizing tasks, managing workload and working under pressureStrong project management incl. 3rd party agencies managementExperience managing people/Stakeholder managementProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Notably Excel & PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProject managementCollaboration skillsStrong analytical skillsPrior experience with retail audit tools (i.e., Nielsen) is not required but will be considered a plus
