We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Growth Manager to join our high-growth fintech company based in Chennai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building from scratch, forming high-impact partnerships, and driving user acquisition through both online and offline initiatives.
You will be responsible for identifying new lead generation channels, organizing financial awareness events, and creating strategic partnerships with communities, institutions, and influencers that align with our target audience. Your work will directly influence brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement.
You'll also take charge of market intelligence efforts—monitoring trends, competitor actions, and user behavior—to fine-tune growth strategies. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams, you’ll ensure that offline initiatives align with digital campaigns and business objectives. Additionally, you’ll develop and execute strategies to re-engage dormant users and improve overall customer retention.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in business development or growth roles, with a strong ability to set up 0–1 growth channels. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a decent grasp of digital marketing, and be based in Chennai or willing to work from our Chennai office.
