Business Development Support Executive

You will manage the operational and administrative functions of the Business Development Department.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Management of marketing & promotional activities
2. Management of Procurement process for promotional items in co-ordination with UAP Life’s Communications Agency Partner
3. Management of all promotional items for use across various promotional events countrywide
4. Management of  Events calendar in coordination with UAP Insurance & Holdings
5. Management of UAP Distribution Channels Loyalty Program
6. Management of Tender Processing and documentation
7. Maintaining all department’s reports
8. Support Distribution Channel Exec in managing clients and Channel partner relationships inclusive of complaints log.
9. Provide follow up support for quotations and proposals done by the distribution channels team – Sales Pipeline management using CRM
10. Maintenance of Register of Channel Partners and ensure compliance to respective laws i.e. Insurance Act
11. Co-ordinate on ensuring service deliverables. 

Knowledge and Experience

 Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Communications or Marketing is preferred. Others Commerce or Numerical degree
Experience:
2-4 years’ experience in PR, marketing financial services or communications.

Skills & Competencies

Ability to deliver results when objectives are set  Excellent relationship management skills High level of initiative and self-motivation Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite of programmes Task and time management proficiency  Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent team working skills Good communications skills  Resilience to cope with pressure of working in a fast paced, dynamic and rapidly changing customer expectations environment
