About the Role:
We seek a motivated Business Development Specialist to grow our Private Cellular Business in Northern Latin America. You'll identify opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, and drive sales of LTE/5G networks for enterprise and public sectors, expanding our regional presence.


What you will do:

Market Development: Identify opportunities and analyze trends and competition across the region.Sales Strategy: Execute sales plans, manage pipeline, and close deals.Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships in key industries.Solution Customization: Collaborate with engineering to tailor solutions.Negotiations: Lead deal-making from proposal to contract.Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.Market Analysis: Report on activities, feedback, and competition.Events: Represent the company at industry events and grow our network.

 

The skills you bring:

7+ years in business development/sales in telecom or tech, with LTE/5G focus.Knowledge of LTE, 5G, IoT, M2M solutions.Experience in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).Willing to travel frequently.

 

Preferred:

Technical knowledge of 4G/5G/IoT solutions.Degree in Business, Engineering, or Telecommunications (Master’s a plus).Existing network in regional telecom and tech industries.

 

Location:

Flexible within Northern Latin America (Mexico, Central America, Caribbean)
