Job DescriptionEstablish and strengthen partnerships with Kitchen Retail partners of imported and locally manufactured kitchens.Ensure Bosch and Gaggenau products are prominently displayed in Kitchen Retail showrooms.Provide product and sales training to Kitchen Retail partners' sales staff, assisting with quotations, product inquiries, and customer queries.Organize and conduct events, product demonstrations, and seminars aimed at end customers, designers, and kitchen retail staff.Gather and analyze feedback from partners to improve product placement and marketing strategies.Build and manage relationships with designers, architects, developers, and contractors involved in mid to high-end residential projects.Promote Bosch and Gaggenau products in new projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project goals.Develop and execute strategies to maintain a robust pipeline of project leads and builder business opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver targeted solutions for B2B clients in the kitchen retail, interior design, and project planning sectors.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to ensure Bosch and Gaggenau products stay competitive and desirable.Drive brand presence through networking, seminars, and collaborations with industry professionals.Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on customer preferences and market trends to inform future product and service offerings.Qualifications7-10 years of experience in a similar role within the Kitchen Retail, Sanitaryware, Flooring, or High-End Furniture industry.Educational background in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields is highly desirable.Proven experience in Business Development, Product Specification, or Sales within a B2B environment.Strong network within the design, architecture, and construction communities in Indonesia, ideally within the high-end residential sector.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to connect with a range of stakeholders, from end customers to industry experts.Fluent in both Indonesian and English to communicate effectively with local and international partners.Additional InformationHR Contact Person: Nahda Miftah
