Your Key purpose is to develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased levels of customer retention. This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our customers who have either expressed a wish to cancel their policies or whose recent account activity indicates that they may be considering surrendering their policies.

 You will be required to have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from a recognized University which is mandatory.Knowledge on use of CRM Tools will be an added advantage

Prior experience in customer Service or call centre

An understanding of Insurance products & processes or financial products is desirable but not essential.

A minimum of 1 years experience will be desirable.
