Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Business Central (BC) solutions based on project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Analyze user requirements and design, implement, and test technical solutions to meet those requirements. Ensure the integration of BC with other systems and databases, providing seamless functionality. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for BC applications. Participate in international project meetings and provide technical insights. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and customizing Business Central (BC) solutions. Experience in international projects, preferably working in multicultural environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver solutions within project timelines. Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, globally distributed team. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate with international teams and clients. Preferred Skills: Experience with Dynamics NAV and its transition to Business Central. Knowledge of integration between BC and other third-party systems. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment.
