Job Title: BTP Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor

Purpose and Objective:  
Callidus Software, Inc. seeks a BTP Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor at our San Ramon, CA location to engage with an assigned portfolio of customers with the goal of driving customers to leverage BTP as the platform-of-choice for integration, extension, innovation and analysis scenarios of the Intelligent Enterprise. 

 

Expectations and Tasks: 
Responsible for developing relationships with technical decision makers to ensure that SAP customers' consumption of the BTP Cloud services grows in alignment with SAP (Intelligent Enterprise) strategy. Engage customers to activate their initial adoption, and promote retention and loyalty. Partner with customers to sustainably increase consumption of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services, coordinate activities with the Account Team by building out a joint outcome-based plan, and drive a mutual understanding of IT-Architecture and business value. Understand the big picture, deliver expertise with digital transformation, and advise on technical and business architectures. Act as the primary SAP BTP strategic point of contact and orchestrate success resources across SAP and customers by leveraging assets of the SAP BTP engagement model. Analyze customers' technical needs and execute consumption plans for the assigned customers. Provide recommendations and prepare the customer to make the best use of the solution, in alignment with SAP strategy and roadmap. Serve as a voice of the customer to internal SAP stakeholders. Work with colleagues from a broad variety of groups such as Cloud Success Services life-cycle relevant centers of experts, Account Teams, Pre-sales Teams, Product Management Groups, Support Teams, Services Teams, and Partners. Fulfill the premium subscription services of the assigned customers. 

 

Education and Occupational Experience: 
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

 

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience: 
Experience must involve three (3) years in the following: 
•    Operations and production support for SAP Commissions, Callidus TrueComp & Incentive Management;
•    Designing, building, & testing compensation plans in SAP Commissions, Callidus TrueComp & Incentive Management;
•    Designing, building & testing analytical reports;
•    Database/SQL, including Oracle;
•    Designing and implementing data loads; and
•    Designing, implementing & executing test plans that include unit, regression, system integration & user acceptance testing in manual and automated testing.

Compensation Range Transparency: 
The annual base salary range for this position is $168,397 - $175,050. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $168,397 - $233,400. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
