We are seeking a BSS/OSS Architect Lead to direct and coordinate all technical interfacing and additional support-related operations for our customers in EMEA. This engineer will have a complete understanding of Oracle's solutions in the BSS and OSS stack, support the customer as the Technical Point of Contact, and guide and mentor the Managed Service team. 

As an Architect Lead, you will be part of the global Managed Services team that provides advanced services to about 40 clients worldwide. This team has more than 200 SMEs in different areas of communications with extensive experience in the market. This great team and market growth enable multiple opportunities for professional growth within the MS and Oracle organizations in general.
