Role: Marketing Communication Manager Role Location: Mumbai Reporting to: Director Marketing - India Subcontinent. Key Responsibilities: Brand Management o Be a custodian of a Diversey Brand, shape and communicate Diversey global’s vision and mission o Translate brand elements into plans and go to market strategies o Assessment of creative and adverts, Product labels, displays, banners etc. o Lead and Manage all Diversey product label development o Leverage and execute customer site branding options to increase Diversey Brand mileage at customer location Advertising and promotions o Managing creative deliverables for sponsorships, events, offers, promotions, contests etc o Ensuring promotional activities with trade media and other platforms Event Management o Managing end-to-end participation in customer events– Venue, branding collaterals, give away, theme finalization o Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI o Participation in key exhibitions and summits o Support sales team in on-ground activations, canopy events o Development and management of Marketing Collaterals o End-to-end management of all creative collaterals – Brochures, wall charts, Posters, SOPs, Banners. Stickers etc. o Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels. o Manage designing, advertising agency agencies, Printing vendors etc. Internal and External communications o Plan the marketing and communications strategies for specific target Audience and sectors o Content development mailers, success stories, blogs, intranet stories for global and regional newsletters
o Coordinate with global and regional marketing team members Required Experience/Skill Set: MBA in Marketing from Tier1/II MBA School. 4+ years of experience in Branding and Marketing Communication Profile in Product Marketing Domain preferably across FMCG/Chemical / B2B industry. Strong knowledge of Digital & Social Medical Marketing. High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
