We are currently looking for a Brand NPI Project Coordinator to join our Central Europe marketing team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in leading innovation projects and managing new product initiatives across markets, ensuring timely execution and cross-functional alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Manage New Product Initiatives (NPIs) across multiple Central European markets – plan already in scope.Coordinate with cross-functional teams on brand development, packaging, compliance, and regulatory approvalsEnsure all projects are delivered on time and in full (OTIF), with governance and creative asset approval complianceKeep project systems updated and ensure all documentation and processes are aligned with internal standardsAct as a connector between marketing, supply chain, product centers, and other key stakeholders

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

2–3 years of experience in Project Management, marketing acumen can be an advantage.Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skillsHigh attention to detail, strong sense of ownership and excellent planning abilitiesConfident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitudeComfortable working in a fast-paced, multinational FMCG environmentProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally MS ProjectFluent in EnglishBachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field
