Brand Marketing Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to our Food Solutions team. Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) is the €2.5bn+ foodservice division of Unilever. It leads the dynamic Food Service market across its categories and has ambitious growth objectives, marketing a range of professional food and beverage products and services to operators across 22 Multi Country Organizations (MCOs) in 67 countries.  We carry a portfolio of local and international brands; Knorr Professional and Hellmann’s.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

WEB maintenance - regular updates of new product settings, content, other maintenance, and improvement of the webpages layout/UX.

 Direct marketing - creating a content strategy and choosing the topics in line with a marketing plan, creating automated and nurturing flows. Optimizing, evaluation, and best practice application based on the results.

 Digital lead campaigns - briefing, execution, optimization, and evaluation of campaign in cooperation with the regional UFS digital manager and media agency for whole CRSR and partly Baltics market. Preparing and managing feed campaigns on social media.

 SOME management - Creating social media strategy together with social media agency, posts approval: CZ&SK.

 SEO – being SPOC for SEO agency on optimizing websites (on-page and off-page factors) to maintain and increase organic traffic + global tasks.

 Product/ portfolio management - support of Marketing Leader with new product launches incl. administrative support, an annual update of product catalog, one pager, selling stories, etc. inc. pull activation for operators.

 Marketing assets creation: Printed/online content – brochures, UFS Academy, trade stories.

 Others – overseeing BMI spent, supervising CZ Loyalty program, to be operator insight champion.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Min. of 2-3 years of experience in Digital & Offline Marketing

Previous experience in managing innovation project, executing media plans, adapting communication, executing packaging designs

 Ability to handle complex agenda, with multiple tasks

 Growth mindset and customer/consumer focus

 Proactive approach, team player

 Ability to read and work with data  

 Great skills in briefing creative/research/media agencies; skilled in judging creative assets

 Czech/Slovak - native, English - fluent
