Scope: local & regional (Poland & East Europe); full time; Kids, Classics & Refreshment Ice Cream

Reports to: East Europe & Poland Head of Marketing Ice Cream

Location: Warsaw

JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a passionate Marketer to lead activities on our most engaging Kids, Classics and Refreshment (Twister, Zapp, Calippo, new entries, Refreshment Portfolio) in Poland and East Europe! We are looking for someone who:

Has full ownership of the Brand x platform Level – including full mix and P&L management responsibility locallyLeads and represents EE community and platform to Central Teams and Senior StakeholdersLeads and champions brand communication and guards & streghtens brand equity including advanced work with influencer marketing and product elements development, working with agencies to deliver strategically sound messages in line with communication strategy Understands continuously ice cream market (brand measures, competition, media, consumer and shopper behaviors) Coordinates brand marketing plans: plan, execute, evaluate & corrective actions; Is the ultimate owner of the innovation and activation plan of brandLeads Portfolio projects that could include from scratch product developmentPrepares the activation strategy and plan to land the message and products on the market on time and in full Owns the S&OP responsibility (according to the S&OP procedure);Owns Price positioning vs competition (channel perspective) / price change increase   Is responsible for presentations of the activity plans (context, objectives, priorities) and trade presentations in sales meetings and external clients            Leads Big events communication to Sales teams: Preparation of  consumer/shopper/category/channel part based on inputs from other teams Cooperates with internal & external stakeholder: CSP, Finance, planning, CD, media squad, media agency, creative & BTL agencies, P&I, R&D, production houses, retailers, Central TeamsCo-leads Marketing activities for Various Channels/customers

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

At least 3 years of experience and a proven track record of performance in marketing or trade marketingConsumer and customer focusStrong Project Management skillsStakeholder managementP&L & Financial operational knowledgeStrategic thinking and analytical skills with the proven track of the strategical decks or analysis with the successful action plan                      Fluent EnglishFluent Polish              Great communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work in cross functional teams.                          Self-driven & pro-active person with high self-motivation                  Digital campaigns and influencers campaigns/ activations preparation and co-ordination experience
