Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of the Estroven® brand strategy, driving alignment across marketing, innovation, sales, and operations to achieve growth targets. + Own full P&L responsibility for Estroven®, managing topline growth, margin optimization, pricing, and portfolio strategy. + Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, shopper, and trade channels, ensuring brand consistency and equity. + Leverage consumer insights, market data, and analytics to shape strategy, optimize performance, and guide innovation pipeline. + Partner cross-functionally to manage the product lifecycle, from SKU rationalization to new product development and retail execution. + Lead performance reporting, marketing ROI tracking, and agency management to ensure strategic execution and continuous improvement.
