Overall, Brand Manager is responsible for managing assigned subcategory /brand in order to achieve the agreed brand marketing plan, market share and P&L/financial objectives, in line with the company strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
Implement brand / pricing / lead marketing initiatives and executions throughout the year.
Monitor monthly market share trend and analysis of competitor and our market share.
Responsible for updating and monitoring the monthly sales performance and reporting on time.
Leverage local knowledge of consumers, shoppers, competitors, and local market dynamic to enhance competitiveness and accelerate business growth.
Development & timely implementation of IMC Campaign, New product launch in cooperation with cross functional team in local and SEA regions.
Lead the project network and coordinate closely with cross functional teams e.g.CSP, Supply Chain, R&D, Factory team, Procurement to develop promotion plans, new product launches, and promotion bundles and consumer promotion.
Work closely with customer development team in defining the needs in the market and support with suitable marketing tools / assets.
Work closely with cross functional and external agencies to execute market activities and campaigns to promote the brand.
Manage the monthly marketing budget and assigned A&P spending, closely work with Finance for brand financial health.
Manage all social media platform to drive awareness and engagement with the brand.
Work with CMI team on preparing actionable recommendations to address ongoing business challenges.
Essential knowledge and skills-
Education :Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing or business management.
Required :
At least 3 years experienced in Brand Marketing role.
Excellent in project management skilland problem solvingskill.
Good with numbers ( sales analysis and budget management etc )
Excellent command in English communication
Experience in leading cross functional task force and working with external agencies
Prefer experience in FMCG but welcome those who have experience in other MNC canapply
Work with under pressure and quick leaner to adapt in ad hoc situations.
